Our History & Heritage
Founded in 1986 by Mechanical Engineer Yakup Tabanlı, whose expertise in food processing machinery dates back to 1974, TABANLI MAKİNA began its journey manufacturing specialized equipment. In 1992, we formalized our corporate structure under the title TABANLI MAKİNA SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.
Production Capacity
Our factory is located on a 6,000 m² site, with 4,000 m² of indoor production area distributed across four production halls. We employ over 30 skilled professionals and operate a wide range of equipment, including CNC units and conventional lathes.
Engineering and R&D
Since our establishment, we have specialized in the design of complete food processing lines. Supported by a team of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and food technicians, we continuously invest in R&D to produce automation-based production lines.

Milestones
1974
Our founder and the first General Manager, Mechanical Engineer Mr. Yakup Tabanlı, designed and manufactured Vacuum Boule-type evaporators and tomato processing machines, introducing these technologies to Turkey for the very first time.
Late 1970s
TABANLI pioneered the production of machinery for fruit pulp and puree processing lines, establishing another national first in the industry.
1986
The official founding of TABANLI MAKİNA, marking the beginning of the production of juice and beverage processing lines and stainless steel tanks.
1992
The company was incorporated as TABANLI MAKİNA SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., expanding operations to include vegetable processing lines and canned food production machinery.
1993
Expansion into the design and manufacture of pea processing line machinery and equipment.
1994
Launch of exports for complete tomato paste and canned food production lines, significantly strengthening our international presence.
2002 – 2003
Introduction of advanced green bean and sweet corn processing machinery to our product range.
2006
Attainment of ISO 9001 Certification and CE Declaration, underscoring our commitment to global quality and compliance standards.
2010
Development of "New Age" belt blancher-coolers and cutting machines. We also began designing automatic, high-capacity vegetable processing and freezing lines (10 tons/hour), fully integrated with automation technology.
2020 – Present
We continue to expand our production capacity and enhance efficiency by diversifying our product portfolio. Our recent focus has been on designing machinery and processing lines specifically tailored to the needs of the global fresh market.
