Automatic feeding and orienting model for cutting sweet corn kernels with electric motor drive system.

Capacity: up to 90-120 cobs/min from 75% up to 90% orientation accuracy by depending on dimension and shape of corn cobs.

Spring loaded cutter head with self adjusting mechanism gives you the best kernel cutting efficiency.

Automatic Corn Orienting and Feeding:

Metering Conveyor feeds the corn ears onto Infeed wheel.

Infeed wheel with flexible fitted pressure arm gate feeds the corn ears onto the Orienter belt by singulating.

Corn ears are conveyed by tilted conveyor belt and rotary rubber drum to the Orienter with angled tension gate.

If the ear is already oriented (tip-first) correctly it will drop onto the Cutter feed conveyor as same, if oriented backwards (butt-first) the pinch point of the gate flips the ear around while dropping it onto the Cutter conveyor.
