Our Bean Crosscutter is engineered for unmatched precision in green bean processing. With a capacity of up to 1500–2000 kg/hr (depending on bean variety and feeding efficiency), it delivers consistent, clean crosscuts—every time.
 

What sets it apart?
•     Rotary Alignator with internal guiding plates ensures each bean is perfectly aligned perpendicular to the cutting knives, resulting in flawless 90° crosscuts.
•     16 slotted cutting spindles paired with 16 quenched stainless steel knives cut beans into uniform ~4 cm pieces as standard.
•     Optional spindles allow for ~5 cm or ~6 cm cuts with no compromise in quality.
•     Water spray system in the hopper improves feeding efficiency and hygiene.
•     Rubber-coated rotary roller provides gentle blade counter-press.
•     Built entirely from AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel, ensuring durability and food-grade compliance.
•     Powered by a 2.2 kW motor reducer with chain sprocket drive.
