In high-capacity green bean processing lines (4-6 tons/hour and above), the Cluster Separator is the most critical asset for operational flow. Given that raw material contains 15-25% clusters and bunches, this machine acts as the "intelligent traffic controller" of your entire facility.

Why Choose a Cluster Separator?

 * Smart Sorting: It identifies free beans and sends them directly to the Snippers, while isolating only the clustered beans for the Pre-Snipper unit.

 * Protects Your Equipment: By bypassing the free-flowing product, it prevents overloading the Pre-Snipper, significantly reducing mechanical wear.

 * When Is It Necessary? While smaller lines (under 2 t/h) may bypass this stage, for capacities of 4 t/h and above, a Cluster Separator is an essential investment to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure seamless high-volume production.
