• Turbulent Vortex Washing Principle: Ideal for challenging products like spinach and other leafy vegetables containing soil and mud. This principle creates powerful turbulence that forces adhered leaves to open up, ensuring effective washing between the leaves.

   

• Maximized Washing Path: The turbulent vortex system significantly increases the distance the product travels through the water—by approximately 7 times in the TUTW02 model and 4 times in the TUTW01 model —providing a far better wash.

   

• "Jacuzzi Effect" for Maximum Impact: Pressurized air is injected into the water, creating a "jacuzzi effect" that boosts the mechanical action and ensures maximum effective washing. This air bubble system is provided by a dedicated blower.

   

• Flexible Flow Control: A by-pass valve water discharge line layout offers flexible usage, allowing operators to create different water flows for different products.

• Integrated Water Filtration: Both models feature a continuous rotary drum water filter system. Pressurized, pumped water is continuously filtered to purify it from coarse wastes before re-circulation.

   

• Continuous Rinsing: Product discharge occurs via a modular plastic belt conveyor, which includes a shower system with fresh water after the pool for a final rinse.

   

• Robust Construction: The entire washer is constructed in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel13131313.
