The diameter of the machine feeding mouth is 235mm; Potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, carrots, beets, turnips, celery, pineapples, eggplants, boneless meats, pet foods, sugar beets, etc. up to 200mm in diameter. It is used to cut vegetables and fruits and hard cheeses such as cheddar into neat cubes, strips or slices, even at high production capacities.
The slide cutting blade with gap adjustment first cuts the product into slides, then the circular blades cut the product into strips, and finally the transverse cutting blades cut the product into cubes. Combinations of tools at these three cutting points allow a very high degree of flexibility and variety in cutting sizes and shapes.
Capacity: 300-600 kgs/hour for each 1mm slice thickness, depending on the product type. Therefore maximum capacity: Maximum theoretical capacity for 12,5mm slice thickness is 3750-7500 kgs/hour.
A wide variety of cuts can be produced on cubes, strips and slides by changing the blades and/or spindle and adjusting the slide cutting range.
• The following various sizes can be achieved by changing the knives and/or spindle and adjusting slice cutting range;
- Slice: from 2mm to 12,5mm
- Strip: from 3mm to 38mm
- Dice: From 4mm to 60mm
• All food contact points, chassis and housing sheets are AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
• There is an electrical control panel. (Main supply: 380VAC, 3phase, 50Hz + N + PE)

• The machine is produced according to the following cutting dimensions as standard, without any optional requests.
Slice: from 2mm to 12,5mm (with a slicing knife suitable for cutting 4,75mm and its multiples)
Strip (Finger): 9,5mm (With 25 nb. of circular knives and spacer set suitable for this cut)
Dice: 9,5mm (With 26 slotted Spindle and 26 nb. of h:24mm Crosscut knives)
