• Comprehensive Waste Processing: Our machines are specifically engineered to shred empty corn cobs (after seed/kernel removal) and husks discharged from the husker unit. This turns your factory waste into valuable, easy-to-manage silage material.

• Anti-Clogging Hammer System: The rotor is equipped with free-swinging hammers. This unique design ensures that even during the intake of tough cobs or dense husks, the machine prevents jams and protects the mechanism from sudden impacts.

• Adjustable Cutting Precision: You can fully control the size of the output. Our machines feature a special adjustment mechanism on the cutter bar, allowing you to fine-tune the cutting dimensions for different waste types or fodder requirements.

• Robust Construction: The heavy-duty, reinforced chassis guarantees stability and resistance against the vibrations caused by processing hard corn cobs.

 

We have Silage Choppers as two different models with input capacities 15-20 tons/hr and 25-30 tons/hr of corn as rawmaterial to the line.
